Pilates Mat Foundations

Foundations will introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates - including the movement and language. It will challenge your mind and body, and prepare you to move onto more challenging classes. If you have never taken pilates before, we require that you take this class and ask for instructor advice for when to move on to the next level.
Prerequisite Notes: None.

Pilates Mat Mixed

Mixed level mat class is designed to challenge all levels - modifications and advancements will be included. Concentration will be placed on precision and flow of exercises. Props may be added.
Prerequisite Notes: Two or more Foundations classes and/or instructor approval.

Pilates Mat Advanced

Advanced level classes are designed for intermediate to advanced clients. This class will be fast-paced and challenging - no beginners please.
Prerequisite Notes: Two Foundations classes, four Mixed classes and/or instructor approval.

Xtend Barre

Xtend™ is the most effective barre workout and the most efficient way to create a strong and healthy body at any age. Using a series of isometric exercises and orthopedic stretches, the system focuses on sculpting the body proportionally so that it is equally challenged. The end result? Group Reformer

Group reformer is ideal for those with a strong mat practice. You'll learn how to use the pilates reformer safely while performing a sequence of resistance based exercises. Focus will be placed on key Pilates principles such as core control, stabilization, fluidity of movement and will provide an entire body workout. Prerequisite: You must have completed the Fuel Reformer Immersion Workshop or taken 2 private sessions with a Fuel instructor.
